We only accept returns in the following cases:
The product arrived damaged or broken
The product did not arrive at all
If your order is eligible for a return, please contact us at hello@happymind.com within 7 days of receiving the item (or within 30 days of your order if the item did not arrive). Include the following information:
Order number
Clear photos of the damaged item (if applicable)
Description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Wrong size ordered
Color or style preferences
All sales are final unless the item is broken or missing.
