At HappyMind, your satisfaction matters to us. We create every item with love and positivity to brighten your day. However, we understand that issues can sometimes occur.

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or broken

  • The product did not arrive at all

What to Do If Your Item Is Damaged or Not Received:

If your order is eligible for a return, please contact us at hello@happymind.com within 7 days of receiving the item (or within 30 days of your order if the item did not arrive). Include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item (if applicable)

  • Description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Color or style preferences

All sales are final unless the item is broken or missing.
